• How long will the pesticide remain effective?
  Ask for data on residual control from the supplier.
• Has the product been tested in a lab and in the field?
  Ask for references.
• Is there a chance that a resident who moves in will be sensitive to pesticides?
  You should maintain the option of offering a chemical-free living space.
