Jayne Windham, BS, HHS, has over 20 years of professional experience in housing and community development. As a consultant and trainer, she develops and teaches courses nationally in affordable housing, construction and rehab, healthy homes, and IPM. She is a credentialed Healthy Homes Specialist, holds an unrestricted construction supervisor license, and is licensed in lead-based paint compliance.

Deborah Young, PhD, Trainer and Consultant for the Northeastern IPM Center, has worked in extension and outreach for more than 30 years in Arizona and Colorado. She is the former Director of the Colorado Center for Integrated Pest Management at Colorado State University and was responsible for training facility managers in schools, resulting in more than 60% of students in the state attending schools with IPM.
